Air Fryer Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts

Air fryer thinly sliced chicken breasts are perfect for wraps, sandwiches, sauces, and soups. This air fryer thin chicken breasts recipe is easy to make, and cooks in less than 15 minutes. It is packed full of flavor, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • teaspoon Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
  • teaspoon Onion granules
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with kitchen towels.

    Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the chicken into thin slices.

    Tip: You can cut the chicken into cutlets if you prefer.

  2. Mix paprika, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic and onion granules, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Add the seasoning to the sliced chicken and mix till all are well combined.

    Tip: If you have the time, cover the chicken with clingfilm and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Arrange the marinated thinly sliced chicken breasts in the air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 8- 12 minutes at 190C/390F. Toss the chicken or use a tong to flip them halfway through cooking.
  6. Bring the basket out of the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.

    Serve and enjoy.
