Bagels:
- 2 Oz cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cup mozzarella
- microwave for 2 minutes stirring 1/2 way
- Add 1 egg Add 1 1/2 cups almond flour Add 1 tbsp baking powder
- Mix well and knead until dough is well mixed.
- Cut into 6 even pieces, roll each piece like a play-dough snake and met then ends (like a bagel)
- Bake at 400 for 10-14 minutes.
- Top with avocado (100g) (smushes with a bit of salt) Tomatoes (50g) Bacon Eggs your way! I like mine over easy. .
