Ingredients

  • 4 Large Russet Potatoes, Sliced into wedges
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, For dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 375° F / 190° C. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, place potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle the potato wedges with the seasoning mixture and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  • On the prepared baking sheet, place the potato in a single layer with skin side down.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes. Make sure the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden.
  • To serve, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Add ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
