° 1 half cup sugar
° 3 c. cornstarch
° 2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
° 2 eggs
° 3 cups of milk
° 1 c. teaspoon vanilla extract
° Crumble
° 1 cup graham crumbs
° 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
° 6 c. unsalted butter, softened
*Sweet whipped cream
° 2 cups of cream
° 3 c. tablespoon of sugar
° 1 c. teaspoon vanilla extract
*Garnish
° 4 bananas, cut into slices
° 1 cup of milk jam (dulce de leche)
° 12 lady’s fingers cookies, cut in half
