-1 pound (453.59 g) crab legs
-4 tablespoons (56 g) melted unsalted butter
-3 garlic cloves (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
-1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) Creole seasoning
-½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) lemon juice
-1 tablespoon (3 g) chopped chives or parsley
-Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F. When ready to cook, cut crab legs in half so crab meat is visible. Skip the knife and use kitchen scissors or shears to do this. You’ll thank me later.
