Every time I see a picture of Birria Tacos my mouth starts watering! They always look so flipping good!! So I decided to get in the kitchen and figure out how to make them at home for my family to enjoy!
Ingredients:
10 Guajillo Chiles
5 Ancho Chiles
(6 Chile de Arbol for spicier birria!)
1 lb Beef roast
3 Garlic cloves
2 Onion (one diced)
Cilantro
Limes (cut into wedges)
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 tablespoon Peppercorns
1 teaspoon Cumin
3 Bay leaves
1 cup of beef broth
1 Mexican beer
