Mix over your meat cover and keep in fridge 4 hrs or overnite 24 hrs add enough water to completely cover meat then
Place in oven 350°in pan covered in foil 3hrs
Or crockpot high 5hrs. Or till tender
Remove meat from pot
In blender add
4 roma tomatoes
1 tsp chicken buillon
2 garlic small cloves
Mix in blender and add to the meat broth with 1 can garbanzo beans and small bag baby carrots simmer and serve bowl
Then add onions
Cilantro lemon juice and enjoy
With your tacos
dip your tortilla slightly in your consome
Place in your slightly oiled pan on medium low heat ( i use coconut oil) add your meat cheese and fold fry till crispy you may add shredded monterey jack cheese and fry on both sides
Remove and fill with onion and cilantro and ENJOY! DElicIous
