*Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Reserve A 190 ml cup containing the breadcrumb mixture. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt to remaining bread crumb mixture. Add egg, sour cream and almond extract until blended. Press bottom and 1” up sides of ungreased 9” pan with removable bottom
In bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar for 1 minute. Add egg; beat just until combined. Spread over crust. Carefully fill with pie filling. Sprinkling with almonds also crumb mixture
Bake at 350°C for 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack. Carefully run knife around edge of pan to loosen; remove sides of pan.Store in refrigerator.
