One of my favorite desserts, chocoflan
• 1 box of chocolate cake (I use devil’s food)
• 1 cup of cajeta or caramel
• 12oz evaporated milk
• 14oz sweetened condensed milk
• 4 eggs
• 3 tsp pure vanilla
• 1 tbsp butter
In a large bowl add your eggs, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla & mix. Take a bundt pan & butter it up. Once pan is buttered up, add your cajeta to the pan then add the egg & milk mixture. A water bath is a must! So add your bundt pan to a water bath & place it in your oven for 20 mins at 425 …
