+For a cake for 6 to 8 people:

°200g dark chocolate
°200g butter
°5 eggs
°1 tablespoon of flour
°250 g of sugar (I personally prefer less sweet => Maxi 175 g)

Heat the oven to 190°C.

Melt together in the microwave or in a bain-marie, the chocolate and the butter.

Add the sugar and let cool a bit.

Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well with a wooden spoon after each new egg added.

Finally, add the flour and smooth the mixture well.

Pour into a mold 20 cm in diameter and bake for 22 minutes. The cake should still be slightly wobbly in the middle. Remove from the oven, unmold quickly, and let cool and rest.

The most difficult thing is to wait before tasting it!

Enjoy !
