+Icing:
° 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
° 2 t cocoa
° 3-4 t milk (as needed for consistency)
° 1/2 c pecans
° 2 c powdered sugar
° 1/2 t of vanilla
° Cream ice (to serve)
° whipped cream (to serve)
