INGREDIENTS :
– For the cookie cup , you’ll need :
➪ 2 large eggs .
➪ 1 cup butter . softened .
➪ 1 box yellow butter cake mix .
– For filling :
➪ 1 PKG instant vanilla pudding .
➪ 1/2 cup milk .
➪ 1 cup heavy whipping cream .
– For topping : CHOCOLATE GANACHE
➪ 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream .
➪ 2 tbsp semi-sweet baking chips .
INSTRUCTIONS :
➪ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F , and spray a muffin pun using cooking spray .
➪ Into a medium bowl , prepare the cake mix .
➪ Add butter , eggs and whisk well until dough is thick and sticky.
➪ Put one spoon of the dough in the pan , go back and press the mound of dough and bake for 7 minutes .
➪ Once cooled , fill them by mixing all filling ingredients . set aside /
➪ Now its time for topping : mix the two ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil for 4 minutes , stirring constantly .
➪ Top your PIE COOKIES , serve them and ENJOY !!!!
