This air fryer baby carrots recipe is sweet, easy, and delicious! Baby carrots are tossed in butter and brown sugar, then roasted in the air fryer until perfectly glazed. This is a super easy carrot side dish for any time!
Ingredients

▢ 2 tablespoons butter melted
▢ 2 tablespoons olive oil
▢ 2 tablespoons brown sugar
▢ ¼ teaspoon salt
▢ ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
▢ 1 teaspoon parsley garnish optional
Instructions
Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes.
To a medium bowl, add the baby carrots, melted butter, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the carrots are well coated.
Add baby carrots to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Check on them and shake the air fryer basket halfway through.
Remove carrots from the air fryer. Let cool, and then enjoy!
Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the oven heats up, add the carrots to a bowl, along with the brown sugar, melted butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are well coated.
Add the carrots to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until carrots are soft and caramelized.
Remove carrots from the oven. Let cool, then enjoy!
