This simple air fryer bread recipe is a game changer. This bread is perfect to use for making sandwiches, toast, or make some croutons from the leftovers.
Ingredients for air fryer bread
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup warm milk
¼ cup warm water
1 ½ tablespoon sugar
1 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter (unsalted)
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
Add yeast, sugar, and warm water to a small mixing bowl. After stirring them, wait 10 minutes, or until the yeast mixture begins to foam and create bubbles.
Mix in the milk after adding it to the yeast solution. After that, mix in the oil, butter, and salt to the solution.
When the yeast solution is prepared, add it to the flour and mix until a ball forms.
Place the air fryer bread in a bowl that has been generously greased, and then wrap it in a thick kitchen cloth or a lead. Give the dough an hour to rise.
Release the air from the dough and knead it for a few minutes once the dough has doubled in size.
Place the dough on the bread pan after generously brushing it with oil. Cut a few slits into the dough.

Cook the bread at 165C/330F for 12 minutes. Before removing the bread from the basket, give it time to cool completely. Then, using a spatula, remove the bread from the air fryer basket.
