These easy air fryer chicken bites with no breading are tender, delicious and easy to make. This boneless chicken recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner, and you can make it in 20 minutes. It is quick, simple to make and great for meal prep.
450 g boneless skinless chicken breast
½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon mixed herbs Italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, thyme.
1 tablespoon oil canola, olive oil or vegetable oil.
Salt and black pepper
Pat the chicken breast dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat your air fryer for 2 minutes at 200C/400F.
Combine the garlic granules, onion powder, paprika, mixed herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken pieces to the seasoning mix and toss to coat. Drizzle the oil over the chicken and toss to coat again.
Pour the seasoned chicken into a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through cooking, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
