Notes
In general, I don’t cook full-sized pies in my air fryer. For this recipe, I used 3-inch pie plates. This allows me to make the best use of the size of my air fryer but also keeps me from having pies that are under or overcooked.
Make a batch of Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes and store the puree in 1 cup bags in the freezer so you always have some on hand.
Air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, checking for doneness, then adding more time as needed.
Storage – this sweet potato pie can be kept in the fridge for 3 days.
