Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1 can rotel
1 can tomato sauce
1 large onion, chunky slices
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 medium potato -cut in thick round slices then across in quarters
32 oz chicken broth
8 oz Vermicelli
1 cube of chicken bullion (I crumble it in)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
