+Nachos:
°1 pack restaurant-style corn chips
°tex mex cheese
+Sauce :
°1 lb lean ground meat
°1/4 c cream cheese
°1/4 c tomato sauce
°1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
°1/4 cup chopped onion
°1 teaspoon chili seasoning (or to taste)
°salt and pepper to taste
*PREPARATION
STEP 1
Preheat oven 500°F (grill). Cooking ground meat on medium heat with onions, peppers, chili powder, salt & pepper .
2ND STEP
Adding cream cheese also tomato sauce, & simmer for about 5 mn
STEP 3
Spreading on corn chips, sprinkle with grated Tex-Mex cheese & bake for 5 mn
