Cilantro is my favorite herb, and it also happens to be very good for you. The only bad thing about cilantro is that it is a fragile plant and wilts rather quickly when you buy a bunch at the grocery store. I love to use cilantro for so many different recipes, but it is a very potent herb strong in flavor and you don’t need a lot of it to spice up a dish, so that is precisely why my store-bought cilantro always wilts. This very easy hydroponic method takes care of the wilting issue because you can harvest a small amount for each recipe and it continues to grow.

Materials:

A colander
Corriander (cilantro) seeds
A pot of water (the colander will sit in)
