INGREDIENTS
One and a half cup of melted smooth unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup of packed keto-friendly brown sugar, such as Swerve
2 cups of melted keto-friendly dark chocolate chips, such as Lily’s
One cup of coconut flour
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
in a bowl mix peanut butter, coconut sugar, coconut flour , vanilla, and salt until it becomes smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment then shape the mixture into the shape of little cookies and put them in the baking sheet and let it freeze for 1 hour. In another bowl combine the melted chocolate and coconut oil. Take the frozen cookies and coat them in the melted chocolate and return it to the freezer for 15 min. serve them cold
