INGREDIENTS

FOR THE GARLIC PARMESAN AIOLI:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon of water

FOR THE BURGERS:

1 pound ground sirloin (90% lean)

1 egg

¼ cup almond meal (or breadcrumbs if you prefer)

1/3 cup yellow onion finely chopped

4 cloves minced garlic

3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

4 Burger buns

FOR THE VEGGIES:

8 ounces cremini mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced

1 large yellow onion thinly sliced

1 small green pepper thinly sliced

1 small red pepper thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

6-8 slices of provolone cheese
