Ribs in Chile morita y guajillo, con sopita de conchitas.
Ingredients:
Baby back ribs
Garlic salt
few slices of onion
1 garlic
3/4 onion
7 Chile morita
7 Chile guajillo
Consomé de pollo : chicken bouillon
Salsa:
Clean your Chile guajillo/ take seeds off and tail. Boil all the Chile’s until soft. In a blender out the chiles, and a tablespoon of chicken bouillon or the cube just 1. Add garlic and onion to blender . Blend . Pour on meat. Let boil and medium low for 15.
Pan fry the ribs until it’s brown and crispy looking.
Add 2 cups of water and let boil for 20 mins, add salsa, taste for salt. And your done.
