ANYWAYS ..
I made pupusas this was my second attempt! All in a days work
The first time the dough was not salted I forgot lol and it was so hard to make them because the dough was dry asf!!.
Corrected my mistakes and boom bam bada bing pow! I got some pupusas lol
I was not finna give up lol.
These have left over steak and cheese.
UPDATE:
I didn’t follow a specific recipes, I’m a visual person so I watched Tons of til toks and youtube videos and took from everyone I ran across and made it my own.
For the curtido.
I used angel coleslaw ice berg cabbage.[pre shredded ice berg cabbage ]
Pre shredded carrots .
1 red onion
1/2 cup vinegar
Lots of oregano
Salt abd black pepper.
* of course you can cut up your carrots and lettuce its the same thing. Do you cause I did me .
For the pupusas *

2 cups and 2 1/2 cup water honestly imma say 3 cups water because I added more than 2 1/2 cups i refilled my half a cup and almost used it all so start with 2 1/2 cups then add if the dough is too dry. The dough should be like play dough but a little more softer of that makes sense.
ADD SALT LOL.
And then form a ball and use three fingers to form a well, add what you want on the inside then close the well and pinch off the excess dough and slap it in your hand until it is flat. If the dough cracks alot alot its too dry no worries …kinda lol see if you can dip your finger in oil and repair the cracks if not and it still cracks alot .. start over add more water to the dough. I barely used oil when the ratio was perfect. Like I said start with the 2 1/2 cups then add as you go .
Fry it for about 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
It is so bomb and now this will be a staple in my house. You can make torillas out of the flour and tamales and etc.
