Have you tried cooking Scrambled Eggs in the Air Fryer? We all know the struggle of timing the perfectly cooked bacon, eggs, and toast breakfast! Remove the struggle by cooking your eggs in your air fryer, so your hands are free to butter toast! Air fryer scrambled eggs are healthy, delicious, and super simple to make, plus you can add cheese or veggies, just like on the stovetop.
Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs Ingredients
- Butter
- Eggs
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheddar Cheese (optional)
How to Make “RECIPE” in the Air Fryer
- Place 1 Tablespoon of butter into a foil, metal, or glass pan that fits into your basket in the air fryer. Heat this at 300 degrees for 2 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the 3 eggs, 3 Tablespoons of milk, ½ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook this at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Stir the egg mixture slightly with a spatula. If you are going to add cheese, do it now.
- Bake for another 3-5 minutes at 325 degrees. Scramble up the eggs and serve immediately.
Helpful Notes:
- Because every air fryer is different, I recommend that the first time you make these, you cook them in 3-minute increments, stirring at each interval, making sure you don’t overcook them.
- Adding too much pepper to your eggs (no matter how you cook them) can cause them to blacken or give them a brown hue. If you like plenty of pepper, wait till the end to add more!
- If you don’t want to use butter, you can use olive oil instead or spray your basket with cooking spray. You do need to add something, though, because your eggs will stick, otherwise.
