1 pound shrimp
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. white onion
2 poblanos
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. Sour cream
1/2 cup melting cheese
1 tsp chili powder, cumin, salt
Ground Pepper to taste
Cilantro
Cook bacon till crisp. Remove from pan and saute onions, peppers and garlic till soft. Crumble bacon back into pan. Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are cooked through. Stir in sour cream. Shred cheese on top and cook until cheese is melted. Cilantro as garnish.
