Corned Beef Hash Recipe. Definitely one of my favourites and super quick and easy to throw in the slow cooker in the morning.
Recipe is super easy –
I just threw in four potatoes (cubed), then a tin of corned beef (again cubed), one onion, some parsley and thyme. I mixed it all together then poured around 100 mls of veg (beef would be better but I didn’t have any) stock over the mixture and two tablespoons of butter cubed on top. Cook on high for four hours or low for 6-8 hours!
As a side note – corned beef hash is one of those dishes that you can really play around with and so you can add whatever you like and there are many variations. So feel free to do a method that suits you !
I added a little gravy at the end to thicken it and it came out lovely. Enjoy.
