This was heaven in a bowl! Sausage casserole Recipe.
Ingredients:
Richmond sausages
Mushrooms
Onion
Tin chopped tomatoes
Tomato puree
Swartz casserole sachet x 2
Carrot batons
Directions:
Brown sausages, once brown add to cooker along with chopped mushrooms, chopped onion, batons, tinned tomatoes, 2 casserole sachets with the 600ml water, 2 squirts tomato puree, I put on low for 7 hours and took lid off at the end for half hour or so to thicken the liquid, I served with mash.
