Air Fryer Salmon In Foil

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil optional
  • 2 lime slices or lemon

Instructions

  1. First you’ll need to prep the salmon with salt, pepper, and a brushing of olive oil. Top each fillet with a slice of lime.
  2. Place the fillets in square of aluminum foil, enough to completely envelope the salmon. Seal the foil around the fillets and place in air fryer basket.
  3. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
  4. When cooking time is over, carefully remove foil packets from air fryer basket and open up the foil. Fish will be perfectly cooked and ready to serve.

Notes

  • Using olive oil is completely optional, but does it add flavor and moisture to the fish
  • You can cook the salmon with lemon or lime. Or opt out of using the fruit entirely.
  • You can also add chopped veggies under the salmon and cook it all together in the foil. An easy way to make a complete meal!
