1lb shredded chicken, 1Tbsp chili powder, 1/2Tbsp cumin, 1Tsp smoked paprika, 1Tsp cayenne pepper, 1Tsp oregano, 1/4Tsp salt, 1/4Tsp pepper, premade corn tortillas, 1cup queso fresco cheese, 3cups vegetable oil for frying, 2cups guacamole. Directions. Cook chicken with all seasonings/spices then shred chicken. Heat oil in frying pan on medium high heat, lightly deep-fry tortillas to soften them then set aside on paper towel to cool/dry. Heat another frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Add chicken, and cheese to tortillas then fold taco in half and fry both sides till tacos are golden brown and cheese is melted then top tacos with guacamole.
