What You’ll Need
- Fresh Blueberries Try to select blueberries with deep purple, almost black color, unbroken skin, and no signs of mold. Avoid overly mushy or overripe berries.
How to Dehydrate Blueberries in Air Fryer
Step One: Wash and dry the blueberries.
Step Two Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees F. If your air fryer only goes down to 200 degrees, preheat to 200.
Step Three Remove the basket from the air fryer. Add a piece of parchment paper cut to fit the base.
Step Four Add the blueberries in an even single layer and air fry for 6 to 8 hours, shaking the basket occasionally.
Step Five When the blueberries are fully dried, remove from the air fryer basket and serve or store for later use.
