Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
Every holiday I find myself needing one more rack in my oven. There is never enough room to cook everything and since recipe temperatures vary, I find myself prepping for days in advance to get all my favorite dishes cooked so they can be reheated on the big day.

Notes
- In general, I don’t cook full-sized pies in my air fryer. For this recipe, I used 3-inch pie plates. This allows me to make the best use of the size of my air fryer but also keeps me from having pies that are under or overcooked.
- Make a batch of Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes and store the puree in 1 cup bags in the freezer so you always have some on hand.
- Air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, checking for doneness, then adding more time as needed.
- Storage – this sweet potato pie can be kept in the fridge for 3 days.
- There are 9 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in a serving.
