Ingredients
2 naan bread
3 slices bacon
2 c. spinach
1/2 red onion
Mozzarella cheese
Roasted garlic alfredo sauce
Minced garlic
Red pepper flake
Sea salt
EVOO
Directions
Place pan in preheated 400° oven
Sautee spinach
Cook onions over med heat for about 10 minutes until caramelized
Cook bacon until crispy
Lightly coat bottom. of bread with EVOO
Spoon sauce on top of bread, cover with cheese
Add spinach and bacon
Sprinkle more cheese then bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bottom of bread is crisp.
