Do you love bacon? Do you have corn? That’s all you need to make air fryer bacon wrapped corn on the cob! You’ll love how the salty, crispy bacon gives way to mouthwateringly juicy corn with every bite.
Ingredients
3-5 ears of corn, husk, and silk removed,
6-10 slices of uncured smoked bacon
Instructions
Wrapped corn using 2 slices of bacon for each corn and secure with toothpicks.
Arrange the bacon-wrapped corn on the cob in the air fryer basket and air fry to 370ºF for 6 minutes on each side or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with ranch or butter if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
I highly recommend using toothpicks to secure the bacon in place.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 10 months in the freezer.
Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or oven for 10-12 minutes.
How to reheat corn on the cob
Reheat corn on the cob in the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Lay the corn out in the air fryer basket, ensuring space around each one for the air to flow.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until warm through (if heating from frozen, you will need to increase the time).
Reheat corn on the cob in the oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Put the corn in an oven-safe dish with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Then put the dish in the center of the oven.
Heat for 5 minutes, or until warm all the way through.
