Air Fryer Bone-In Pork Chops

Air fryer bone-in pork chops turn out perfectly juicy and tender, every time. You’ll never want to make pork chops a different way again!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb (500g) bone-in pork chops thick cut
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pork chops by patting them dry with paper towel.
  2. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the pork chops.
  3. Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes but ideally overnight in the fridge.
  4. This acts as a dry brine and delivers super juicy chops.
  5. Once you’re ready to cook, spray or brush the pork chops with olive oil then add to the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F/205°C for 15 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking until the pork chops are golden brown and tender.
  7. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your chops.
  8. The internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C on a meat thermometer.
  9. The meat will be opaque white but super juicy.
  10. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes (to allow the juices to reabsorb into the meat) before serving with a squeeze of lemon juice.
