Looking for a delicious snack or side dish that hits the vegetable and lower-carb spot? Frozen veggie fries in the air fryer are a great option!
Made from different vegetables and crispy in minutes, these colorful veggie fries are great for when you don’t feel like making veggie fries from scratch!
Recipe Tips
Before making air fryer frozen veggie fries, have a quick look through these recipe tips:
- You don’t need to defrost the veggie fries first. Just add them to the preheated air fryer from frozen.
- There is (typically) no need to add any oil. Often, frozen veggie fries already contain oil and/or have an outer coating that will help them get crispy. If unsure, check the ingredients on the package.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer – otherwise, the veggie fries might not get crispy.
- Be gentle when you are air frying these veggie fries. Some of them – like the red beetroot ones – are a little softer than the parsnip ones and more likely to break or lose their shape.
- Your cooking time might vary slightly because your brand of veggie fries and your air fryer are likely different than ours.
