Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A delicious golden brown sandwich with perfectly melty cheese in the center! Use this air fryer method for the best grilled cheese sandwich ever!

Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread
1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
1 ounce provolone cheese
1 tablespoon salted butter

Instructions

Liberally spread one side of two slices of bread with butter.Lay one slice of bread butter side down on the air fryer basket or tray.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of provolone cheese on top of the bread and cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
Place the basket or tray in the air fryer and air fry at 370 degrees F for 3 minutes.
Flip sandwich using a turner and air fry another 3 minutes at 400 degrees, or until both sides of the bread are golden brown.
