In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine your peanut butter, sugar and egg.
Ingredients
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine your peanut butter, sugar and egg.
When it’s fully mixed, place the peanut butter mixture in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Next, take chilled dough and use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto your parchment paper. {Check the FAQs for an easier way to do this and get the cookies into the air fryer.}
Use fork tines to press down on the center of the cookie so that it lays flat, pressing in first one direction then again in the opposite direction to make a crisscross pattern on the top of your cookie.
Line air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper or if your air fryer doesn’t have a basket, just line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper. Be sure to not have extra parchment paper running up the side of the air fryer or it will get caught by the air and fold over the cookies and make a mess.
Place as many cookies in your air fryer that will fit, while giving each cookie a half inch space. I was able to do about 4-6 at a time.
Set your air fryer at 370 degrees and cook them for 4 minutes before letting them rest in the air fryer for 4 minutes.
For best results, place on a cooling rack to allow them to continue to cool and set.
Repeat until you’ve used up your cookie dough!
