  • 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 (14 oz) packages Polska Kielbasa, Sliced Thinish
  • 8 oz Container Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 8 oz Bag Fresh Spinach
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced In Half, Optional
  • Fresh Mozzarella, Optional

Instructions

  1. Take tortellini out of the freezer.
  2. Slice kielbasa, if you would like it a little crispy, slice it on the thinner side.
  3. Clean and slice your mushrooms.
  4. Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat.
  5. Put your kielbasa on the Blackstone first.
  6. Then put your tortellini on the grill.  It will be partially defrosted and that is fine.
  7. Moisten with some EVOO.
  8. After cooking a few minutes, add your mushrooms on. Give them a little spritz with some EVOO.
  9. Start combining all of the ingredients as they cook.
  10. Add in spinach.
  11. You can add some halved cherry tomatoes.
  12. I added some fresh mozzarella balls right at the end.
