- 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 (14 oz) packages Polska Kielbasa, Sliced Thinish
- 8 oz Container Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 oz Bag Fresh Spinach
- Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced In Half, Optional
- Fresh Mozzarella, Optional
Instructions
- Take tortellini out of the freezer.
- Slice kielbasa, if you would like it a little crispy, slice it on the thinner side.
- Clean and slice your mushrooms.
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat.
- Put your kielbasa on the Blackstone first.
- Then put your tortellini on the grill. It will be partially defrosted and that is fine.
- Moisten with some EVOO.
