Bologna in Air Fryer

Air Fryer Bologna is a tasty way to enjoy this classic lunch meat. Warm and slightly crispy, this bologna goes great on a sandwich or can accompany breakfast!

  • 24 slices bologna, regular or thick-cut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Once hot, add the bologna slices into the air fryer in one layer. Try to have no overlap or else the bologna will cook unevenly.
  3. Air fry the bologna at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 6-9 minutes total, flip after 4 minutes. You might choose to air fry the bologna for slightly longer depending on the thickness of the bologna and your personal preference.
  4. When done frying, remove the bologna from the air fryer. Capture excess oil with a paper towel like you would with bacon.
  5. Your bologna is ready to use for a sandwich or as a meat addition to breakfast!

Notes

  • We would not recommend using thinly sliced bologna in the air fryer because there’s a chance the slices are light enough to fly around in the hot air currents in the air fryer.
  • The cooking times indicated below are for sliced bologna, not ring bologna.
