Ingredients
– 4-6 Roma Tomatoes
– 1/4 Cup Beef Broth
– 4-5 Chile de Arbol
– 1 medium onion (diced)
– 3 medium yellow potatoes (cubed)
– 1.5 lbs steak (coated in cornstarch)
– Any seasonings you like! I used cumin, salt, garlic powder, & pepper!
Blend tomatoes & chiles together, add beef stock, along with all of the seasonings. After cutting your steak into bite sized pieces, cook the steak for a few minutes on each side…..
