* Steps:
To prepare the chicken roll, you must first heat the oven at 375 F and prepare the baking paper in a baking pan, and in a small bowl you can combine salt and pepper and sprinkle this mixture on the chicken breasts.
On a large plate, place the chicken breast pieces 1/4 inch thick and spread them on the plate, then add a tablespoon of basil powder or sun-dried tomato sauce. And distributee equally employing a pastry brush.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese on the tomato sauce, keeping the borders when wrapping the meat, then carefully roll the chicken breasts.
Using a toothpick, you can secure the end of the chicken breast roll, then put the chicken breast roll in the baking pan. The pan may take between 2 – 4 chicken breasts, depending on the size of the pan used.
Pour 1 small spoon of oil on each roll and spread using a mustard pastry brush and a large spoon of bread crumbs on each roll. You may need your fingers to spread the bread crumbs onto the chicken breast roll.
Now the last stage is baking the chicken breast roll for 20-25 minutes, then removing the chicken from the oven and after 5 minutes have passed, you can remove the toothpicks and cut the chicken breast roll into slices to enjoy the taste while it is hot.
