First, cut the halloumi into 1cm slices, then cut into sticks. Pat dry with kitchen towel and brush lightly with some vegetable oil.
In a bowl, add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Mix together.
Dip the halloumi sticks into the flour until fully covered. Give it a shake and dip again to make sure it’s covered then shake again. Repeat with the rest of the sticks.
Set the air fryer to 200℃. Place the halloumi fries in the air fryer being careful not to overlap and cook for 8 minutes, turning half way.
