Make these Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Pockets using only 4 ingredients! All you need is ham, cheese, tortillas, and butter to make these simple yet epic melty pockets! Enjoy them right away or freeze for later.

Ingredients:

  • Flour Tortillas – I used 8 inch flour tortillas.
  • Ham – I used smoked deli ham slices
  • Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • Softened Butter

Air Fryer Instructions:

1. Stack the tortillas on a microwave safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds.

2. Chop the ham into small pieces.

3. To the center of a tortilla, add cheese, ham, and more cheese.

4. Fold the edges of the tortilla in and the fold up the tortilla through the middle until closed. Repeat for the remaining 3 tortilla wraps.

5. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.

6. Brush the top of each tortilla with the softened butter. Top with shredded cheese. Be sure to press the cheese down into the butter so it sticks.

7. Add the pockets to the air fryer, seam down, and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Be sure to check on them halfway through.

8. Carefully remove the pockets from the air fryer. Let them cool, then enjoy!
