These Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes only require a couple of ingredients and a few simple steps to make. Thinly sliced and then air fried to crispy perfection, it’s so easy to make hasselback potatoes in an air fryer.
I love making potatoes in my air fryer like my air fryer breakfast potatoes, air fryer baby potatoes, and air fryer baked potatoes. It’s such an easy way to cook them and the best part is, unlike the oven, it doesn’t raise the temperature of the house. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, you’ll love this hasselback potatoes air fryer edition!
WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS AIR FRYER SIDE
It’s faster to cook these hasselback potatoes in the air fryer. I love just tossing them in the air fryer and have it ready in 30 minutes. It’s much faster than cleaning out the oven of my sheet pans and cast irons then waiting for it to preheat.
They’re easy to make ahead and then reheat again in the air fryer to keep the exterior crispy.
You can easily change up the seasoning to suit your personal preference.
