Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in juice, not drained
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, sweetened
