damaging the breadcrumbs and butter coating. Once the wheel has been filled almost to the edge, with the palms of your hands squeeze the mixture to compact it. Then with the back of a spoon level the surface creating small waves; or you can use the tines of a fork to shape the surface (photo 2).
Mix 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of grated cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the surface of the potato pizza evenly with this mixture. Know that the thickness of the crust that will form on the potato pizza during cooking will depend on the amount of mixture distributed on the surface, so adjust (photos 3 and 4).
Take 30 grams of soft butter and distribute it in flakes over the entire surface of the pizza (photo 5).
That’s it, a long job, right? Well, with this wonder you will please everyone (photos 6 and 7). In a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. It will take no less than an hour !!!
And if you haven’t had time to do anything else, no one will notice! Often, when I have guests, I cook potato pizza as a single dish, then I serve fruit and dessert and no one is ever dissatisfied!
