Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef
1 can of corn
1 can of green beans
2 cans of whole potatoes (or a few fresh ones)
1 can of tomato sauce 8 oz
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken bullion.
Recipe:
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Once fully browned add in the potatoes drained and cut into quarters. Cook for a minute or 2. If using fresh potatoes fry a bit longer. Add in the cans of corn and green beans with all of the water they were canned with and then add in an extra half can of water. From there add in the whole can of tomato sauce and stir. Season to taste with chicken bullion and more salt, pepper, garlic and onion if needed. Cover and simmer for 20 or so minutes. Or until potatoes are cooked through. Serve with rice and corn tortillas or just eat it on its own enjoy!
