Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and excess water squeezed out
- ½ cup artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 2 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 sheets puff pastry dough thawed
- 1 large egg beaten
Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ad prepare a baking sheet by spraying generously with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
