Sandwich Outta Leftover Meatloaf

Always make extra sandwiches. When I make meatloaf I make about 4-5 loaves, bake them, and freeze. When hungry for meatloaf sandwiches just thaw.
Always had meatloaf sandwiches with butter and ketchup when we were kids. Still love them. Best sandwich ever!
If you haven’t tried this, I recommend heating the slices in a saute pan over medium heat to develop a little crust. It is AMAZING!
Ingredients:
Ingredient Checklist
1 slice leftover meatloaf
1 tablespoon margarine
2 slices bread
1 teaspoon ketchup, or to taste
3 slices Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard, or to taste (Optional)

Directions:
Place meatloaf on a microwave-safe plate; cook in the microwave on High, 30 seconds at a time, until heated through…
