Ingredients
1 Banana browned
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
3 tbsp Oil or melted butter
3/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
First take your silicone baking cups and place them in the air fryer basket.
Spray the cups with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
Crack the egg and mix together.
Next add in the sugar and the oil. Mix well.
Then add in the flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
Divide up the batter between the 6 muffin cups. Place air fryer basket in the air fryer.
Set temperature to 300F for 17 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
